RETURN CONDITIONS

1. Product to be returned
a- Products that are used, damaged, the original packaging of which has been damaged, lost resaleability, or are in a condition that can not be bought by another customer are not accepted.
b- The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged together with standard accessories as delivered within 30 days.
2.The invoice for the product to be returned
a- The original and all copies of the invoice must be sent along with the product to be returned. Refunds are not accepted on prepaid products.
b- If the product you want to return is on behalf of the company, you must send it back with the invoice that the company has issued. Return receipt is required.
OTHER TERMS AND RETURN CARGO FEE
a- If the products / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is paid by our company, The shipping fee is paid by our company.

SUBMISSION OF PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED

CANCEL OF ORDER
